What we're all about
Hi I'm Geoff a Contemporary wedding photographer based in Nottinghamshire, I cover the whole of the UK and beyond. My wedding photography is all about capturing the spirit and real moments of your day, from those little glances the bride gives her new husband, to those detailed shots of the wedding dress. All these make your day so special and meaningful.I work in an unobtrusive manor, capturing the day as it unfolds, you’ll hardly know I’m there. After you are announced Mr & Mrs and you have taken in the congratulations I will photograph those all-important group shots (if you want these that is) followed by the bride and groom portraits. These photographs will be to be relaxed and creative. In addition to all the documentary photography I will be shooting during your wedding day.

Who I am?
Hello!! I’m Geoff a full time Nottingham wedding photographer covering the UK. I graduated in photography from the University of Derby in 2000 and I have been working with in the photographic industry ever since. I have been officially shooting weddings since 2008 and feel so privileged to have such a fantastic job.
I live with my wife Mary and our 2 hilariously gorgeous children called Esme and Edward who give us hours of pleasure.
In my spare time I like nothing more than to make a brew and read (watch) endless material about cameras, particularly Nikon! Yes that’s right I’m a massive camera nerd (but in a good way). I also love comedy, music and being with my family.
Where I am?
Being a wedding photographer in Nottingham, this central location allows me great access to the rest of the UK.
Over the years I have shot in lots of places around the UK including; Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Manchester, Hampshire, Southampton, London and Yorkshire just to name a few.
Over the 200 weddings that I have photographed I have worked with some of the best wedding suppliers in the East Midlands if not the UK. Some of these wedding suppliers have become good friends so I thought I would create a list of other wedding suppliers that may be of interest.
What I do?
I love to work with natural light, which is the embodiment of reportage photography. Capturing the special moments of people in every emotion, in natural settings is a particular skill of mine.
I have also grown to appreciate the use of flash and artificial light, especially when indoors. I am a people person and I pride myself on the relationships and the rapport I have with my clients.
I make it my priority to meet and communicate regularly with couples in order to really personalise and get the most out of each and every wedding.
