Hello, I’m Darren a full time professional Yorkshire wedding photographer. I offer the perfect combination of both candid documentary and creative wedding photography. I love to capture your big day in a natural relaxed way so as to let the real emotion and laughter shine through. Its your wedding day after all and it’s really important that you enjoy it to its fullest and not spend your time posing for the camera. The best pictures are the ones where the subject is caught in the moment and unaware of the camera. Although my approach is predominately documentary style capturing real smiles, real emotion and real moments, I do also love to spend a little time with you the newly weds to take a few natural portraits to show how amazing you looked on your wedding day. The two styles come together to tell a unique story of the biggest day of your life.

Darren was fab on our wedding day, he captured every picture we asked & had to suggest some last minute changes when the weather let us down! We wanted a very relaxed style of pictures & that's exactly what we got, I barely noticed Darren all day and there are hundreds of pics!! At our request Darren also tried something he'd never done before; we wanted some edited pictures of the ceremony shown at our venue for our evening guests to see so he worked overtime through the wedding breakfast editing pictures from the day ready for the evening. As a bride, when the pictures went up it was amazing to see the elements of the day before I'd arrived at the church. My day guests were reminded of the ceremony and the night guests felt as though they had been there all day. I've had so many positive comments on this part of the day & have mentioned Darren's name everyone - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any one looking for a well priced, friendly, relaxed, talented photographer!
