What we're all about
Since completing my degree in photography I've worked in weddings for the past eight years. I love people and their amazing stories. I quite often have a tear in my eye during the speeches when you really get to know how people feel about their nearest and dearest. It's such a privilege to be their on one of the most special days in people's lives.I love the storytelling of the day, not interfering with the flow of the events, just documenting and noticing all the little things.

As you may have seen on my website, I mostly document the day as it unfolds without interfering too much. I do group photos, whether formal or more informal, and get lots of natural shots of people enjoying themselves and not posing.

- a meeting to discuss all the elements of the day

We got Married on September 23rd in Baildon and in the lead up to the wedding Liz was in regular contact and even came to our wedding rehearsal. Liz captured our day beautifully and we love all the pictures she took, she works with a constant smile on her face and does not shout and ball at guests as I've seen some photographers do! What can I say?! Absolutely fantastic! Liz captured every aspect of our special day - we didn't even know she was present the majority of the time! She was so friendly it was like having someone we'd known for years taking the photos, we were so at ease. Would highly recommend this lovely lady. Nick also put together a video of the events of the day which was amazing too. Both Liz and Nick compliment each other's service perfectly. I'll be the first to call them the terrific twosome!!! Edit 3.1.2017 - We've now had all the photos and my views are exactly the same - absolutely fantastic!! There's so many we didn't even realise had been taken. We received the USB, a selection of photos and a lovely Christmas card just before the festive season and it just made it all the more special! Cannot recommend Liz enough - such a wonderful lady capturing every aspect of an amazing day!

On my mums wedding day Liz was her photographer and we loved her so booked her ourselves for our wedding this August. From the start she was amazing, we got every shot we wanted and the quality and quantity is fantastic. Liz is a warm, friendly and very understanding lady who deserves nothing but goodness. Liz even came to the hospital with us to take photos of my husbands grandmother as she couldn't be with us on the day. After just realising that it's nearly our 6 month anniversary (!) I thought it was about time for our glowing review of Liz, and her photography too! We were married on 19th September, and only met once with Liz beforehand, she really made us feel at ease and was very accommodating. Many of our guests commented on how hard Liz worked throughout our special day and I would have to agree, we are absolutely bowled over with the photos every time we look at them, they are truly beautiful and we're so glad we found her. I have even said I wish we could get married again so we could have Liz as our photographer again. Compared to what other photographers cost I feel like we got more than our moneys worth from working with Liz. she was very professional but also had very good rapport with our guests and it was a genuine pleasure to have her as an "extra guest" on our special day. We even miss Liz a little! Thankyou so much for our gorgeous photos Liz, we really appreciate how hard you worked!
