Ian provides an excellent service. From the initial meeting Ian is very thorough in ensuring that the wedding video is exactly as you want it. On the day we hardly saw him, his relaxed informal approach meant we could get on with our wedding day knowing that Ian was somewhere capturing the special moment. The music he puts to the video is great, as is the quality of the finished product. My wife was apprehensive about having a wedding video done but we are so glad we did as Ian captured things we never saw ourselves on the day. I would recommend his service to anyone getting married. When do you arrive at the church or venue?
We like to arrive 60 minutes before the service to film the guests arriving and to set up.
Will you be getting in the way at my wedding service?
No. We pick our spots and stay there. The only time we move is for the signing and then only with the permission of the church and the client.
Do you use separate microphones to record the vows and speeches?
Yes. We will place a wireless mic on the groom to record your vows and on your speakers for the speeches.
Can you use music we choose for our Video?
Of course. It helps if you can inform us of your choices before the wedding so we get to work on your DVD right away.
Do you require a dinner?
If possible. Some venues don't have a bar menu, and I don't like to leave the venue. A plate of sandwiches would be fine.
How long does it take to complete the edit?
We aim to have the DVD completed within 4-6 weeks from your date. However this is only possible if you have chosen your music before the date. Depending on the time of year your DVD may be completed sooner than this.
