How to be in the Moment on Your Wedding Day?

1. Take a few deep breaths: When you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious, taking a few deep breaths can help to calm your mind and body.

2. Practice mindfulness: Make an effort to focus on your senses and the present moment, rather than getting caught up in your thoughts or worrying about the future. I have been using calm for a bit now and it might even be worth having a go on that…..I think its incredible

3. Stay grounded: Try to stay rooted in the present by paying attention to your surroundings and the people around you. This can help to keep your mind from wandering too far afield.

4. Connect with your partner: Take a few minutes to connect with your partner and express your love and appreciation for one another. This can help to anchor you in the present and keep you focused on what's most important.

5. Enjoy the little things: Don't get too caught up in the details or the "big picture." Take a moment to appreciate the little things, such as the flowers, the music, or the conversations you have with your guests.

6. Let go of perfection: Remember that your wedding day is about celebrating your love and commitment to one another, not about creating the perfect event. Let go of the need for everything to be perfect and focus on enjoying the day as it unfolds.
