Ideas For Proposals

Are you thinking of popping THE question?

The idea of proposing in itself can be a scary, nerve wrecking moment of your life. You want something romantic, not cheesy but also rememberable. . but where to start?

That's why i'm going to give you some ideas of proposal to consider. .

1. REIN-ACT FIRST DATE- Did you have dinner at a particular location on your first date? Why not reminisce by proposing at this chosen location/venue? Ask the venue if they would be happy to be involved, by providing a glass of bubbles for afterwards for the newly engaged couple or even a simple dessert that can be dressed up to say 'congratulations' right after the moment. If you would prefer for the moment to be more intimate, why not wait until after dinner to pop the question when you are back at home. Top points if you can still have the clothes you wore to the first date to completely relive the moment all over again!

2. SET UP A PICNIC- This is a simple yet romantic idea to consider when proposing. Choose a beautiful scenic location, bring along food for you and your other half to indulge on and sneak in a glass of bubbles at the ready and make your move!

3. PROPOSE ABROAD- Imagine it's a beautiful dusk evening, you're spending quality time together, a well deserved break. Your bellies are full of food and now you're taking a stroll on the beach. You check behind to see where your partner is and they're down on one knee in the most beautiful location- how dreamy!

4. ARRANGE A PHOTOSHOOT- Why not consider hiring a photographer and propose when the times right on the shoot. Its important to make sure that your photographer has a heads up, choose a particular backdrop for the occassion in the location as your 'im ready' moment to your photographer so they can capture the moment in all its glory. The element of surprise can be captured as a natural candid wedding shot to create the moment on photo, which creates a beautiful memory to keep.

5. PROPOSE ON A SCENIC HIKE- Do you and your partner enjoy hiking? Do you have 'your place' that you tend to go to for walks? Why not consider this as an proposal idea. Watching the sunrise on a early clear morning and get ready to get down on one knee as the sun emerges. This would be an intimate yet beautiful idea all round. The backdrop alone of the sun rising would make this one of the dreamiest ways to propose.

The final countdown to NYE is also a popular idea of proposal- heading into the new year as a 'fiancee'- how fancy!
